OT: web access to Cisco IP phone Internet Explorer

There is a setting in Internet Explorer that has to be turned on or off, i
cannot remember so you can web to the IP address of the phone...

the webpage of the phone displays correctly when you click on the IP address
from the Call Manger or you use Firefox...

Anyone know this setting?
