CCIE bootcamp possibilities

All,

I was wondering if someone could advice me concerning CCIE bootcamp
possibilities in Europe?

I am a bit on budget so I am willing to travel for an interesting offer. I
saw an interesting offer in Delhi, see link below, does someone have
experience with these bootcamps?
