OER Timers

Evening team,

I am studying OER tonight and have a few questions Using this link:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/ios/oer/configuration/guide/oer-cfg_ap_polcy.html#wp1054242

I am trying to make OER more responsive to a remote route failure; faster
convergence from OER. OER seems to wait the whole in in-policy period,
holddown, default, etc ... periods.

How to speed up OERr? The same router is the MC and BR. I am using static
routes.

As I mention, everything works fine, but it takes a long time to learn and
change the static route to prefer the best uplink.

Any tips on the timers?

Here is my config:

oer master
 policy-rules net4
 logging
 !
 border 1.1.1.1 key-chain oer
  interface Serial0/0/0 internal
  interface FastEthernet0/1 external
  interface FastEthernet0/0 external
 !
 learn
  delay
  monitor-period 1
 unreachable threshold 1
 loss threshold 2
 holddown 90
 backoff 90 90
 mode route control
 mode monitor active
 periodic 90
 !
 active-probe echo 4.4.4.4
!
oer border
 logging
 local Loopback0
 master 1.1.1.1 key-chain oer
!
oer-map net4 10
 match traffic-class prefix-list net4
!
ip prefix-list net4 seq 5 permit 4.4.4.4/32

TIA team,
