It depends where you see the Label Information in the Label Switch Path.
An Egress LSR will send the Implicit Null (Label=3) to the Upstream LSR (PHP
Router) for any of its directly connected or summarized routes.
So in the Upstream LSR you will see "Pop Tag" and in the Egress LSR you will
see "Aggregate" for the same prefixes.
