Yes, re-passing the written will renew all P-level and lower certs for 3 years
from the time you pass the written. I re-took my written the past august and
it pushed my certs out three years from that date.

That's a good question. After you've passed the lab, it re-ups everything for
2 years. I don't know if it actually counts for anything when used as a
qualifier for the lab. Taking any P level exam will re-up your lower level
certs though.
