This was aggravating me until I now am settled on thinking that this pe (d3)
just shows it different in the "show" command..
d3 and d6 are my pe's.. I was getting flustered cause I never saw VPN in the
output of "sho ip bgp ne" in d3.. So now I'm guessing that it's just
displayed differently.. As "vBGP" instead of VPN..ugh, it's the little
things.
