Subject: how to change tcp window size on windows 2003 server

The default TCP window size is 64 Kbps. In a high
bandwidth, high latency networks we can increase the throughput by increasing
the TCP window size. Is the statement correct? I am not sure how to configure
/ change the tcp window size on windows 2003 server to see if it effected the
throughput? Any help will be appreciated.
