Multicast over Unicast network

Folks,
I have a question, let me know if this is possible without crazy thing like
"TUNNELING".

r1--------R2---------R3----SW2------R4
                                               |--------R5

R1 = multicast source 239.1.1.1/4
R4 & R5 = Multicast clients

What is required:
1. R1 sends a multicast stream constantly on 239.1.1.1
2. R2 has no idea about what the hell multicast is but all we can do in R2
is open a TCP port (for example tcp port 7777 in/out)

3. typically trying to convert Mcast into unicast on R1 and then send it via
port 7777 to R3. In R3 run full blown up re-multicasting.

Kind of trying to make R3 as a wireless repeater :)

Thanks
