Command References in Lab

Hi,

In the lab what I know is that we have access to Configuration Guides by
choosing the appropriate IOS

I want to clarify whether the following two links are available

1.Command References (

2. Master Command List (
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/ios/mcl/124tmcl/124t_book.html)

I am sure it must have been discussed already, therefore sorry for opening
the same issue again
