Oops, forgot to point that having (or not) LMI on the interface does
also affect this, on #2 because it defines which DLCIs are defined
(and associated with the main interface by default).
But the command is documented to make sense when LMI is turned off,
i.e., no keepalive.

The command does make a reference of the DLCI, but so does interface-dlci.
