Explicit Null for TE Tunnels

Hi,

As we all know that we can use *mpls ldp explicit-null* to disabled PHP for
normal traffic. I was trying to know how to disable PHP for Traffic
Engineering Tunnels as by default the destination IP address has POP TAG in
the head-end router. I needed this information while implementing QoS in the
SP environment
