Hi, The destination IP is a web server. There are no ACLs blocking user
ranges. We do have ACLs blocking subnets, but if that were in place, I
wouldn't have been able to ping from the switch, using the user's vlan IP as
the source.

I have tried changing the workstation, same results. Tried rebooting the PC,
no change. ARP/MAC entries are good. Unfortunately I can't reboot the switch
because it's a production box.
