Hi Jersey guy....

Try checking on that user machine if its running any Antivirus...if its running thn disable or do out of office....

I guess if this helps dnt knw...though..had some kinda of similar issue some time back...

Have you tried to ping from the 6509 using the source ip of one of the user vlan's? What is the result? What about a trace from the pc? Where does it die?
