Haven't seen any issue except within the blade itself.
Flex10G works perfectly okay.

Make sure you're running HP recommended versions of blades firmware, iLO,
Flex10 and FC, OA version.

There is a good guide on hp.com re best practice of deploying flex10g card.

Warning: if you're trying to install ESXi, make sure you get HPdiag utility
from HP. there is no such thing yet so in case of you neeed to diagnose a
blade server it is a nightmare at the moment. HP is working on writing that
utility and hasn't been out yet.
