Re: Loosing my exam fees

Now this is unfair -

a) when something breaks-in - like MPLS cloud to a test centre, or no access
to terminal server or grading fails. In that case, all candidate gets is
another exam Vocher from Cisco. That is all, do they pay you the time and
efforts that you put together to attempt the lab? No.

b) I think Cisco should consider candidate(s) with genuine reason (like Tony
had) and give them another date.

It should work both way.

at least give them a date that is a fewer weeks ahead. Or other center where
a lot of seats available. Make it conditional.

Just a thought.
