Re: Loosing my exam fees

My experience, is that they will NEVER issue a refund for any reason, but
given a good reason or extenuating circumstances, they will issue a
voucher. And if you are taking the test in the US, you might be able to get
a voucher given that air travel is pretty much impossible for the next week
because of the blizzard.
