Traffic shape Commandlimiting the traffic for a certain network

Hi All

With Traffic shape Command I have limit the traffic for a certain network
for 1 MBPS out of my main fiber interface link of suppose 5 MB with ISP

I am Measuring the 5 MB Link via MRTG for Bandwidth Utilization but how can
i measure the 1 MB Divided Bandwidth which i have configured

with QOS Traffic Shape command.
