Do you have ASA or IOS router which supports IKEv2? I doubt so.
Why don't you implement AC with DTLS - it works better than IPSec client. At
least it allows me connecting thru proxy.

    Hey Guys,
Do anyone of you could share a documentation how to set up AnyConnect 3.0
so
that I can use it as a IPSec remote-access VPN ?. I am planning to get rid
of
the regular Cisco VPN Client and use AnyConnect 3.0 from now on.
  Thanks Guys !
