Re: Cisco AiP SSM and 4200 series IPS sensors

Dear Khalid,

Signatures and software run in AIP-SSM module is same that is used on IPS
4200 series .If you are concern about throughput IPS 4200 is right choice
with more interfaces but costwise AIP-SSM is cheaper with ASA .You can not
use AIP-SSM module along with CSM module at a time .
