FTR, I've just tested this on dynamips with a 7200 running 15.1 and
still does filter the default by default.

I've seen comments citing that this is not the case here:

        http://blog.ioshints.info/2007/11/bgp-default-route.html

so I guess some architectures or images do it in a different way.
