OT: upgrade iOS on switch from other

All - I would like some feedback on this issue. I have one switch at
a remote location that I recently upgraded iOS on via console and
would like to get 2nd one done as well, at a different location. I
can't tftp file from my pc due to firewall restriction but there are
no firewall between the two switches. I have tried copying to
bootflash using tftp from the switch that has the right software but
have been unsuccessful, can someone provide some suggestion or
feedback? Btw, I can ping between switches fine but it is unable to
get the .bin file.
