ACS Authorization Set

I am practising Shell Authorisation Set commands and I am seeing a wired issue
where I can add commands to a configured Authorisation set, but when I go back
to review the config change (After clicking Submit) the commands I added are
not
there. I am running ACS 4.2 and I am logged on with the Admin account so
there
are no privilege issues, I have tried restarting services and rebooted
the box.

Has anyone seen this before, can't help but feel I am missing
something?
