ot: voip solution for 5 a user office

I was looking at the uv540 for a 5 user office. I don't know anything about
voice. Besides the uc540 what else do I need.

scenario 1 new construction with no pots or pbx.

scenario 2 unknown existing 5 user office.

how do I go about getting this to work.
