Use ftp instead. TFTP has a 32mb limit I _think_ . I've always had problems
with our SUP720's trying to tftp images to flash. If your ROMMON doesn't
support ftp (which it probably doesn't), you will have to load up an older
image, just so you have a working IOS that does have FTP in it. After you
get the SUP up on any old image just FTP the desired image to bootflash.
Once you have it working, I'd suggest keeping one CF card around with a
working images so you can just copy it if you ever have to do the process
again. Thats what I do anyways :)
