Totally agreed... Cisco knows how to milk a cow :)

Now here the debate could go to further - why microsoft - asterisk, and
other *nix based or 3CX or Sanom are good too and not dependent on Creepy
active directory.
Will cost you 1/3 of microsoft.

Not just because of we're learning Cisco stuffs so you shud buy cisco - the
fact is that their Voip products have been used by mos for ages and very
reliable and you can trust.

If you look at the Teleco grade Voice prospectus - Cisco definitely is not
in that space yet.
