RE: ATM-AToM

AToM requires the PE's to have L3 connectivity. The PE/CE connection is L2.
On the PE ATM interface you will have "xconnect 1.1.1.1 100 encap mpls"
where 1.1.1.1 is the loopback on the other PE.
