DOC-CD for CCIE SP v2

Hi,

Like most of the students I am having hard time in navigating the DOC-CD
stuff from Cisco website. As everybody knows that for CCIE SP v2, following
is the detail about hardware and IOS mentioned in the website

   - 2600 series routers - IOS 12.2T (ENTERPRISE PLUS/H323 MCM)
   - 3600 series routers - IOS 12.3T (ENTERPRISE PLUS/H323 MCM)
   - 3700 series routers - IOS 12.3T (ENTERPRISE PLUS/H323 MCM)
   - 7200 series routers - IOS 12.2S (SERVICE PROVIDER/SECURE SHELL 3DES)
   - Catalyst 3550 series switch - IOS 12.2 (IP SERVICES)

I was wondering if I can use the latest IOS, like 12.4T, as the topics are
arranged properly and relatively easy to find. So will it be ok for the
preparation and during the actual lab or should I have to stick to the older
version

Also for 7200 series routers, I am navigating to Products->Cisco IOS->12.2S
section. Is this the right path for it?
