OT: Slow/Intermittent Console Connection

I have a 2811 with IOS 15 in my lab that has a flaky console connection...it
works, but is very slow to respond. Same behavior with the AUX port. Telnet
works just fine, and console connection works just fine on a similar 2811.
9600 8-N-1 No Flow control.

Ideas?
