I have the following configuration on router.

clock timezone UTC +5
ntp peer 192.168.100.100

when doing debug I am getting time stamps with UTC -5. For example, if it is 1300 hours, the debugs have 0800 hours. however, "show clock" put the correct time. what part did I miss?
