Anthony is 100% correct. The L2 functionality of the NME-16 card in IOS is
very limited. It's not intended on being a full switch. This isn't a
GNS3/Dynamips limitation. It's IOS. You need to rent a rack or incorporate
physical switches into GNS3/Dynamips to truly work on L2. Good luck.
