I am quite amazed to see the LOOSELY worded description on Cisco
Context sensitive help that uses the word "Subtract".
I never paid attention to that and only believed when i tried out myself.
From what my experience is worth there is no easy way to reduce the
metric in RIP. U can take the trouble of doing that by redistributing
rip to other IGP and back to RIP though.
