Cisco 3550 Help!!!!

Hello All,

Kindly assist me ..

I did few labs on my 3550 and after 3 months I did on teh switch so that I
can do some labs on it.
When I connect the power cable, All the LED's comes and they are stuck..
like nothing happens after I on the switch. I did press the mode button and
then power on the switch but its stuck...
I did google it out but no solution.Kindly assist me on it so that I can get
back to work on my switch :)
