GNS3 and CA Cert.

Could someone please tell me how to save CA Certs on a GNS3 router?

I tried to search the web and found 2 solutions.

1. To delete the "cnfg" line from .net file.
2. NVRAM by not deleting the files from working directory.

I can save the cert and when I do "dir nvram:" it shows me the files are saved in NVRAM. But when I reload the routers they are loaded with certs by the keys are corrupted an I have to do the CA configuration all over again.

Any suggestion/advise will help me a lot.
