Windows 7 supports PAE in 32bits, but only up to 4GB. Weird.
Windows 2003 server does support PAE though, so you may have an option
to downgrade to 2003 Server 32 bits and use your cards there (with full
access to your 8GB RAM).
Intel PRO quads do run in Windows 7 64 bits, just in case. You may
switch to other NICs.
