You can practice most of the QoS with the one you have. 3550's will support
IPv6 as long as you have a new enough image on them. I will warn that in my
testing it was not stable.

One last question...I have one 3560 switch and three 3550 switches. Do I
still need to book an online rack or buy another 3560 switch to do those
IPv6 and QoS labs or will these four switches be enough?
