HELP !!!! Cannot attach queuing-based child policy to a

Hi Friends

I am using a 3 tier QoS ( GP->Parent->Child ) .
As soon as I try to apply policy-map ; it gives me following error :

R1(config-if)#service-policy output GP-Policy
 Cannot attach queuing-based child policy to a non-queuing based class

My Policies are as following
