Thanks for the info, Bob. I attempted the SP OPS lab three times. While Q&As
are kind of ITIL related, they are Cisco-product/feature specific, where
ITIL alone wouldn't help. ITIL/technology/troubleshooting are definitely not
my issue, the SP Ops Q&A is my issue if you know what I mean :)
