RE: LAB for SP Operation

Hi Roman,

The SSPO (Supporting Service Provider Operations) class I have been teaching
and helping to roll out is the CCNA-level, first course in the track, not
CCIE level. It does cover a good bit of the ITIL concepts that one might
see on the Q&A section of the lab. Additional coverage of those topics is
covered in the first Professional level course in the track, OFCN. The
three other Professional level courses in the track are focused on
technology/troubleshooting of ISP routing, MPLS and QoS.

If I was preparing for the SP Ops CCIE, I would look into a dedicated ITIL
class and certification at the Foundation level. For just an example, the
folks at beyond20.com offer 3-day in-person and web-based courses that lead
to ITIL Foundation certification.
