VPN client authentication with Windows AD and RSA token

All,

Currently the ASA only authenticate the VPN user through RSA server-the user
only need to put in the RSA token code to go through the authentication. I am
looking to authenticate VPN client with Windows AD and RSA token together.
Will this need to done at the ASA side or the RSA sever side?
