1. Have users disable their local client PC firewalls... some client firewalls break cisco vpn client.

2. Verify ALL internal to pool traffic is NOT subnet to nat. (your nat acl should have an deny internal to pool line BEFORE the internal to internet/any rule allowing nat)

experts,

I configured 1841 router with HWIC card for VPN hub , users are able to
connected to VPN router , but issue which I m faceing is some time users are
able to ping internal network and some time not .. strenge issue ..btw WAN
link is connected on HWIC do you think its HWIC issue ?

I m using the same configuration on other router no issue at all .please
advice ?
