Need assistance

Salam,

Gentlemens i need some good suggestions ... just have a good background of
switching, routing and IPv6, that i will polish it more by reading CCNP
Route and Switch ebook ... BUT

I want to step myself into CCIE R&S study now, and as i see in the blue
print from cisco site, I dont know much about MPLS and IP Multicasting, QoS,
Network Security ... I really dont know what stepping to do how to make my
way to CCIE R&S ... any advices, by the way i will gonna use INE workbooks
... but need some guidance from experts that highlights me the path to CCIE
R&S.
