Hey Group,
Just looking for some feedback with regards to VPN solutions that meet a
telecommuter plan I coming up with. The current solution is RA->ASA and run
most apps through Citrix and use a softphone. The issue that appears to be
in the pipeline is that these users are call center based users in queues,
and may need to go to hard phone that does not support VPN (NEC). Just want
to be very cookie cutter, and easy to manage if the number of at home agents
grows.
First thing that came to mind was DMVPN, but not sure yet whether it will be
cost prohibitive.
Any thoughts would greatly appreciated.
