18 months for first lab exam

Hi Guys,

   I confuse about exam, As I know after pass written I will have 18 months
for first lab exam. I had pass ccie written on 16/Oct/2009 so I've planned
to take first lab exam on 5/Apr/2011 mean that it's covered in range 18
months or not ? Thanks in advance for your answer.
