Or you can flood the ospf database with enough junk loopbacks and tweak the I/O mem command enough perhaps so the router will crash and reboot if it becomes the DR?

(LOL this is getting desperate, but I did envision and work up a eem way a few years back myself)

I guess you would have to resort to EEM for so doing.
You can watch for a BDR election and then, based on his priority
mimic a coup (demote current DR by forcing prio to zero, wait
for DR up and then go back to original prio).

EEM can be a can of worms though, use with discretion :)
