I do, too. I have my 4 power outlets connected to a power strip.
Outlet 1
(backbone)
1x Frame-relay switch (3725)
Outlet 2 (Routers)
6x 2811 routers
Outlet 3 (Switches)
4x 3560 switches
Outlet 4 (BB routers)
3x 2611 routers
The Sentry Commander PT40 allows you to power all of the outlets up at once,
but
will release the power evenly outlet by outlet so that you don't trip
your
breaker. Very useful for me. I have 3 racks, each witih a PT-40 on it.
One for INE workbooks (lab simulation workbooks)
One for Global Knowleddge
(lab simulation workbooks)
One for IPExpert (technology based workbooks)
I
use all of my racks remotely while at work, as they are all at my house. I've
been at this for 6 months and I haven't had any issues. The PT-40 also has an
option for a modem so that you can dial into them, should your remote
connectivity become unavailable.
I hope this helps. Good luck to you on your
studies and success.
