Booking CCIE SP v2 Lab

Hi,

After clearing the CCIE written exam I am trying to book a lab. I guess I
tried too many times that I got the following error

 *The 'Available Lab Seats' activity limit for the candidate has been
exceeded for today. Please try again tomorrow.*

   - I need to know if anybody can tell me the daily limits to check the
   seat availability?

   - I am trying to book SP Lab for version 2 (i.e. before 18th April, 2011)
   and no seat is available before May, 2011. Can anybody advice me how can I
   get a date before version 2 expires?
