SP - QoS - Best Method?

Hi,

When configuring QoS for a SP network, is it better to do QoS
end-to-end in on direction and then back? Or is it better to configure
one router in both directions?

I'm finding it easier to go in one direction from CE to ingress PE to
P to P to egress PE to CE and then back.

Just thought I'd see how others do it.
