Ticket at Cisco CertSupport

does anyone knows if the CertSupport Portal is still maintained by Cisco?

Even if you search for keywords - you'll find nothing (not one single entry)?

I posted following question more one week ago - without any feedback until now
(even after a followup from my side).

"hi there I did my CCIE SP Written Exam (v2.0) last january in barcelona
during networkers. By next April the SP Lab Exam will be upgraded from v2 to
v3. Now: - Is this Written Exam still valid to take a v3 Lab exam? - As far as
I remember a Written exam is valid for 18 months. There are no more free seats
available before the end of my period AND the lab is going to change
completely. I planned to go to the lab exam next june. Now since everything is
changing I need to invest more time to be ready for v3. Is there any chance
that you are extending my written lab exam until end of 2011 so I get more
time to learn? (it's not my fault that cisco is changing the lab topics ,-))
