I was told it only went to a human if you were "close enough". If your
script score was low enough, it was just flat failure. If it was passed on
the script, then you got it. If you failed, but were close, a proctor was
to look it over for a few points.

I agree with Ahmed that it's unlikely with two sections failed, but it's
your money.

And I also don't know if anyone knows enough about the grading script to
give a better answer than we have, without violating NDA.
