Instead of using #tunnel mpls traffic-eng bandwidth 5000 in Tunnel 89 use
int tunn89
int)#tunnel mpls traffic-eng bandwidth sub-pool 5000
And check it using -
sh mpls traffi topo
Other configurations are OK.
